You’ve reached the H&W Returns Center!

Please fill out the form below to initiate the returns process for items purchased online from H&W.  A representative will confirm the status of your request for returns within 48 hours. If you wish to return an item purchased through an H&W representative, please contact your representative for return information. Please note that some items may not be eligible for returns, as follows:

Return/Exchange Exclusions:

  • Discounted items
  • Print on Demand or Special Edition / Event Items
  • Items returned without tags and without original packaging
  • Items with visible wear or use
  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery
